Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

At Briktara Reality (www.ddjayplotsharyana.com), we value your trust and aim to provide full transparency in every transaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations of any Registrations or payments made through our website.

1. Registration & Payment

Payment acknowledges an EOI / registration request and does not by itself confirm plot allotment. Allotment is subject to the developer’s written terms and availability. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful Registration.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Customers must inform us via email at info@ddjayplotsharyana.com within 7 days of Registration to request cancellation.
• This voluntary cancellation condition does not remove the stated 100% registration refund entitlement for applicants who are not allotted a plot.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
• For applicants who are not allotted a plot, the registration amount is 100% refundable without deduction. Any other cancellation charges must be disclosed in the applicable written terms before payment.
